Meditation

One of the things the aliens talked about quite often was meditation. I know that people have taught meditation classes and a lot of people think that meditation is quite complicated. Many people who I have talked to say it is hard to meditate and they often admit to falling asleep while trying to meditate.
It can be hard at first but here are some simple steps to meditation I would like to share with you. First you have to want to meditate and second decide why you want to meditate. You see the aliens have said that meditation is very simple, it is to quiet yourself and see if you get answers in your mind's eye or sometimes you can even hear answers in your head to what you are meditating for.
A prayer according to the aliens is asking questions that you are searching the answers for. If you do it correctly, you will get the answers during meditation. But first you have to be balanced and in a good state of mind; if you are not you will get negative answers from the negative forces in the Universe. If you are balanced, in a good state of mind and pray to God or Jesus, which is the spiritual side of the force, you will receive answers that will help you.
The aliens I work with tell me they start and finish each day with meditation and speak to the creator many times during the day and they get answers that keep them on the spiritual path. They say the reason to be spiritual is to work your back to the creator.
When you first start to meditate find yourself a quiet place and a comfortable place to sit or lay down. Clear your mind of everyday things and take deep breaths to quiet your mind and body. At first it will take some time to get to that quiet place but as you practice it will come quicker. As a matter of fact when you get rather good at this you can meditate in a crowded room with lots going on. In time you can learn to meditate anyplace even in the bathroom on the throne.
Things often come up that don't let us meditate, so at first we may need is to set a specific time during the day for it. We can even do it at work, lock yourself in the bathroom, and use the toilet for something else than what it was intended for.

At first you may fall asleep while trying to meditate, but don't get discouraged, try meditating when you aren't tired, so you don't fall asleep. When I have a bad day or things seem to stress me out and I don't know what to do I turn to meditation as that brings me back to a balanced state. In that balanced state things don't seem so bad. I also use meditation when I need a medical procedure done; this decreases my apprehension and thus decreases the pain involved with the procedure.
Most people don't know at first what their mission on Earth is at this time, but by meditating and requesting you may slowly receive this knowledge and know why you are here and what your job is. Remember prayer can be talking to God asking questions and with Meditation you may get the answers to your questions.

Something odd has been happening to me lately. There has not been channeling sessions for some time and I wondered why? Then the realization hit me that I was different. I was sensing from people things that I had not had before. I was feeling their pain, something was wrong in their body or their lives. I was not sure what it was, but I felt it right in my heart. I also have pain in various parts of my body, only to learn the people I have contact with have problems in that area. I have not known what to do with this, but I think what is happening is that I have been feeling people when I get into their space. I have not acted on this except for prayer, because I don't feel I fully understand what is happening. I have to sort this out and try to understand what is happening before trying to help as we must all do.

I would like to add that the other day I was at a meeting, and it had a very negative feeling. I did not know what was causing it was but I realized that some of the people had very bad things happening in their lives. I started to pray for them but realized that I had a headache and my stomach was bothering me. I then started to meditate and it was not long that the headache was gone, the stomach was better but not OK. No one else in the room knew that I was meditating and I did not bring attention to the problem. I felt much better when it was time for me to go home. So please meditate for your own protection and the protection of those around you.
